Hi we are looking for a new flat mate. We have just recently had someone move in but then he got a full time job in Brisbane so the commuting is too hard for him Now we are looking for a new flat mate.

Prime location, freshly painted semi furnished unit in Mooloolaba on the canal. Walking distance to Mooloolaba Beach and close to all amenities, including restaurants, cafes, shops, doctors and buses.

The room can be left furnished with a double bed or unfurnished to be discussed at the viewing.

You will be living with two friendly girls, one is 23 and works full time the other is 22 and is about to start work full time.

We are looking for someone down to earth, clean with a good sense of humour that can have a laugh. Preferably working at least part time and around our own age.

Strictly no smoking.

There will also be a 4 week bond and you will effectively go on a lease for the remaining 5 months of the tenancy.
