ROOM available. Hey Im cam i have a couple of rooms thats are going to be available in the next couple of weeks my room mates are moving on so i need to find some people to live with. Will be just me and a 21 year old english chick Im 23 I have lived on the coast for a long time love having mates around and having a good time i spend only weekends here cos i stay down brissy during the weeks for work the house is really chilled atmosphere and I own it love it clean but am not a clean freak. We dont mind a few beers on the weekend make the most of our spare time always! I have a 5 bedroom home at Minyama on the canal really big house. It has a pool 2 living areas boat ramp into water. 2 bathrooms large kitchen and adsl2 connected which is extra. The house is fully furnished everything ready to go. I have 1 room available now which Rent does not include bills. one of the rooms has full water view The house is 2 hundred metres from the Nicklin way but noise is not an issue at all there is a bus stop right there. Also pub shops and beaches are all with in 5 minutes. only a few kilometres from Mooloolaba also. Would be max 15 mins on the bus to the uni. Must be able to clean up and help out with housework when it needs doing also bills need to be paid on time obviously.
