We currently have a room available in our 4 bedroom house. Rent is $113 per week plus internet gas and electricity shared between 4. The room is unfurnished and available as of 19/2/13 We are very close to kawana shopping world and uni there is plenty of public transport in the area. The 3 people who currently live here all work full time so we are looking for a full time worker or uni student to move in.
