I am a live in landlord and looking for someone to rent a room. I have two avaliable one with a built in robe the other has a free standing wardrobe. There is no other furniture in the bedrooms. The rest of the house is furnished.There is one bathroom that would be sharedSorry no petsI am only looking for two housemates so for a couple the rent would be per person not room.Bills are included in the price.I dont mind on timeframes happy for short term and long termThe house is 5mins form sunshine plaza shopping centre and public transport.
