Hey my partner and I have a 3 bedroom house and due to our current roommate moving OS, we are looking for someone to take his place!

Our house is in a quite deadend street in the heart of Maroochydore, close to the Plaza and easy access to jump on the motor ways. It is fully furnished and are more than happy for you to use what you need

The room for rent is large with a build in robe, our current roommate fits his king bed, chest of draws, tv cabinet in with space to spare! It is $180 a week and includes a secure car park, unlimited internet but NOT other associated bills (water, electricity). The room will not be available till the 26th of July, although you are welcome to come and have a look sooner and for the right person we may be able to offer you a temporary bed until then.

Chris and I are both new to the Coast, we are easy going people who enjoy a casual drink although we enjoy living a healthy lifestyle and spend most of our days at the gym, beach or just generally outside! We like to have a tidy and friendly home
