Hi there I live in a great waterfront apartment (in Maroochydore just near Cotton Tree) with ocean views and rooftop. Spacious living and you can fish from the balcony. You would have your own double room (inc. bed if desired) and your own bathroom and full use of the garage. I am 30ish full-time employed female easy going positive and well travelled (and used to shared living arrangements). The flat has 2 bedrooms (the other being mine) and is a lovely place to live – just minutes walk to shops bars cafes etc. Really quiet and private. Not suitable for couples or pets sorry.
