About me:- Easy going – 31yo Male Professional- Non-smoker- Travel away a lot with work and have a partner that lives in Brisbane (seriously I am home about 8 days of the month)- Live a healthy lifestyle and train with an MMA club 4-5 nights a week- Clean and tidy but not a freak- have my girlfriend over occasionally however we are usually out doing stuff About the house: – Fully furnished (except room) – Might be open to other furniture – Spilt level apartment – Downstairs = kitchen living room laundry garage and second toilet – Upstairs = 2 x large double bedrooms with heaps of cupboard space upstairs share bathroom separate toilet.- Large washing machine and dryer- 5 minute walk to local store- 5 minute drive to Sunshine Plaza- 30 sec walk to river- Lock up garage (I use this however may negotiate) – Heaps of street parking- 2 min walkAbout the room:- Heaps of cupboard space and can easily fit a king bed bedsides and bookcase etc- Large window on the south side of the apartment – you get the afternoon sun (full curtain)- Remote controlled ceiling light/ceiling fan combo- Carpets- Shelving in cupboardAbout you:- I prefer to live with a female – Similar age bracket- Clean and tidy yada yada- Someone that goes to the gym or likes to keep fit (dont want someone that constantly mopes around the apartment)- Not too social not anti-social but just right. – Professional or reliable student.
