We are in MOOLOOLAH VALLEY nestled in a quiet leafy area, with lots of birds and not many neighbours. A Single Room with innerspring bed, desk and chair (or can remove to use your own), built ins, shared bathroom (bath and shower), kitchen, lounge and outdoor area (all furnished and available to share. Own fridge in kitchen. Use of Washer, dryer, wireless internet, main TV, and all social rooms. Storage available, carpark on driveway inside gated fence, but not under cover.

We are a couple of “late 40′s” working from home and welcome you to treat it as your own, come and go as you please, room to entertain. There is one other guy house mate so far. We are all non smokers but do enjoy the odd wine with dinner or on the patio.

You can sit on the patio with a cuppa or a beer and read or work and watch and listen to Kookaburras, Whipbirds, Crested Pigeons, Doves, Grass Parrots, Rosellas, Honeyeaters, Magpies, Moorhens, Whistler ducks, Buff Banded Rails, Mynas, Pheasants, Galahs, Major Mitchell and Sulphur Crested Cockatoos,and many others even our 8 chooks of all shapes, colours and sizes, with fresh eggs daily for you as well.

We are 2.5 km to town (2 mins by car, 6 mins by bike, and 25 odd minutes walk) for the train and bus, IGA supermarket, bottle shop, newsagency, Post Office, hairdresser, service station, bakery, video store and hardware store all set in a little village atmosphere, very friendly and helpful.

Only 20 mins by car to Caloundra beaches and 25 mins to Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, 50 mins to Noosa and 90 mins to Brisbane CBD.

Only 12 mins to Australia Zoo, 15 mins to Maleny, 20 to Montville and we can even take you to the “top of the world” as shown in the last photo in 15mins.

Trains goes North and South quite regularly and buses interconnect to all of the Sunshine Coast.

We love being far enough away to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to access all that anyone could want in a Living situation.

We may not be 5 star but make up for it with down to earth, clean, homely surroundings, warm inviting atmosphere and helpful friendly hosts and locals.
