Hi I have just recently moved into a 2nd floor 2 bedroom unit at kings beach has ocean views shared bathroom room for rent is small but Ill include internet at no extra charge to tenant.Im all for fun and drinking but I dont want heavy drinking happening in the unit it is also a non-smoking environment.
