I am a 28 year old male seeking a clean and tidy housemate. I work nights eat healthy enjoy excerise like a clean unit and am trying to give up smoking therefore I would prefer a non smoker and someone who does like to enjoy a quiet living environment. The unit only has one bathroom and is not overly huge but its comfortable and it is in a great location just metres to the beach. Easy walk to shops in main street Caloundra and bus stop. I have shared before but this is the first time after 6 months of living on my own to have a housemate.
