The kitchen contains a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, cooktop and all cooking utensils are supplied. The main bedroom comprises of a queen bed, wall mounted pedestal fan and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 consists of 2 single beds, wall mounted pedestal fan and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a vanity unit, bath, shower and the toilet is adjacent. The laundry contains a washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. There is a balcony off the lounge room, a single lock up garage and the unit is situated on the 1st level.
