This fully fenced 3 bedroom house is great for a family get-away. Golden Beach has much to offer a family who enjoys taking long walks along the waterfront, or sailing a canoe on the Pumicestone Passage. This house is located in a quiet area, but you can be right in the heart of everything by taking a short leisurely walk or jump on board one of the local buses.
Woolies, Aldi’s, Kmart and Coles are all within walking distance, as are many local shops and restaurants.
As you enter this lowset home you are greeted into a spacious lounge room that comes complete with a comfortable leather lounge for you to relax and watch the Plasma or play your favourite DVD.
The kitchen comes complete with all cooking utensils and appliances including a microwave and a fridge freezer- sorry no dishwasher.
