I am socialable and enjoy a good time with friends but do not have a party house. The house is furnished all you need to do is furnish your bedroom. I am looking for 1 housemate preferably a professional or at least a financially stable university student that is a non-smoker easy going neat and clean up after themselves. Its a great 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms (you will be sharing with one other – male) in a great location. It is close the the local beaches and close to the new Kawana Way and Caloundra-Mooloolaba Rd so great for the person who has to commute. The house also has a double garage (1 spot occupied with my own car) with off-street parking as well. Sorry no pets. Rent + bills.
