This house is the most easy going and relaxed household you would have ever lived in. Its very clean and very spacious! The apartment has everything you will need with a very large rooftop balcony equipped with a BBQ and beergarden! Over looking Cotton tree river and Ocean in the background. Very central to the Plaza and cotton tree shops and of course bus route 600. The room comes with a bed but you of course could bring your own. Enough storage space so if you are someone looking for furnished or unfurnished this is the right place. Parking is available. Wireless unlimited Internet is also within the apartment. I will show you around. I am moving to Canada so would like someone to move in before I go.

The monthly internet bill is $30 per person and the quarterly power bill is approximately between $130-150 per person depending on usage.
