Apartment is light and spacious, quiet, fully furnished, open plan kitchen, large covered balcony with river views. Undercover carpark avail but everything is in walking distance. There is a separate study nook, heated pool, spa and gym.

There are restaurants below with a lovely outlook to the park and river.

Picture of room for rent is attached. The bathroom is yours and I can provide the bedroom furniture or store it if you have your own. There is also a little balcony area out from the room.

But sharing is not all about the house. I am a cheerful, easy going, young at heart, clean and tidy 44 yo professional. I work full time. Self sufficient but also like to share the odd glass of wine or meal and a chat – respectful of people’s privacy.
