I am a friendly relaxed and outdoorsy guy living in a beautiful apartment in Cotton Tree (Maroochydore). Fantastic water views close to everything really trendy area with cafes and beach directly across the road. Youre unlikely to get a nicer place than this on the coast.Im pretty active and love getting out and about as much as possible. Im not much of a drinker but enjoy good food friendly people and socializing on weekends Im past the party hard stage and am very respectful of peoples space. I am coming and going a bit with running my own business and are happy for you to have friends and family over when you like without feeling the need to let me know etc. Id want you to be able to make yourself at home :-)The apartment is fully decked-out modern open plan and spacious living. Complex has a pool and underground secure car park. Youll have your own bathroom (pictured) with spa bath and water views even from your bedroom (pictured).I enjoy having a clean and tidy place and have a cleaner that comes weekly.
