Average sized room for rent inludes access to kitchen bathroom and a great balcony view at the rear side of building over looking pumice passage river view. Very quiet nice and breezy access to some small storage in a secure lock up garage. Bonus is that all permament residents are pensioners all very nice people .Never had a complaint or needed to complain for any reason what so ever concerning noise.
