Hi i have rented this unit for 12yrs i find myself needing to share the costs the unit does not have a great deal of storage so it would suit someone starting over or a student im offering at least one room possibly two one u can use as your own lounge /study.I have a dog.The unit has outdoor courtyard is walking distance to all services and beaches in Caloundra
