Hi, I’m Melissa, I’m a full time professional working on the Sunshine Coast. I’m out most of the time with work and life. I have my own bathroom / master bedroom / office / balcony. I have one lovely female flatmate moving out in August, who would share the bathroom with new flatmate.

3 weeks bond and two weeks rent ahead is required to move in.
Room is fully furnished, and rent includes electricity, gas, and water. No wifi in the house at this stage.

I am a very active and healthy person, rarely drink, train 5-6 days / week, would easily suit another like minded person.

Must be employed or studying full time and non smoker. Happy to consider male or female flatmate.
