Own bathroom (bath and shower) and toilet, share kitchen, own lounge room with TV and shared outdoor area (all furnished) including pool. Use of all household appliances, crockery, cutlery etc. You will need to provide your own linen. Use of washer, and laundry facilities. Car park in secure garage. Food is possibly best to be kept separate with allocated shelves in fridge/freezer. I am a 31 year old female, looking for the ideal flat mate. Ideally you will be around the same age (29 – 35), female, mature minded, CLEAN and tidy and working within a professional industry. It will just be you and me living in the house. I work full time and also have my own business on the side so life is pretty busy! I enjoy keeping fit, travelling and experiencing new cultures, music, wine and being social.
