I am just moving into a 3 bedroom townhouse its 800m away from the University of the sunshine Coast so i would rather the flat mate be at uni. It is a beautiful white townhouse with a medium courtyard and a pool right out side the fence. It will be furnished . There are two bedrooms available however the two will be sharing a bathroom. I am 18 bubbly and nice not a party animal will be studying.. I have two cats who arent young but are very nice they dont bite or scratch and they are very good company. I play basketball alot of times a week and am a very fit person. I hate messy people and hate cleaning up after people.
