One large bedroom available within a large family home with 5 bedrooms and 3 living areas walking distance to uni and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed (incl all linen) study desk and chair and ample storage wardrobe. Only $150 pw including electricity, water and internet connection. We are a married couple, in our late 40′s very active, fit and live a healthy and quiet lifestyle. We have a son who is 19 and a full time student. You would share a bathroom with our other boarders and the kitchen and fully equipped laundry with all of us. You will have access to living area with tv and super comfy lounge (sharing with 2 others who are renting our bedrooms). Walking distance to public transport, convenience store, coffee shop, gym and University. A 10 min public transport away from beautiful beaches and free wifi cafes where many uni students mingle. Our home is ideal for those serious about their studies due to peacefulness and quietness. However, we are also happy to accommodate a professional.
