You will have your own bathroom and garage if you wish. $135 per week + water electricity and internet.I am a full time student and my partner is working full time – we are very clean and we keep to our selves.We have ADSL2+ with 200g of downloads per month – it works out to $30 each a month. The electricity bill is around $90 each a quater and we are yet to find out about the water bill – though im told it wont be much.I havent shown a photo of the room itself but there is a double bed with a decent size wardrobe – the room it self is quite large. I havent taken a photo of the room as we still have some staying there but I can send a photo on request or you can come look at the place yourself!We would also accept another couple.
