Hey there! :)My names Amy and my other flatmate Amy (I know! Too many amys in the world) is moving out. So her room and the spare room are up for grabs. Looking for similar easy-going friendly people…much like myself! :)Thinking bout me and maybe a guy and a girl to even things up. :)So its a cosy little beach house (part of a duplex) about 1 min from the beach (Carties for any surfers!) Kawana Shopping Centre bus stops and a Convenience store that does awesome fish n chips! :)Its not big in space but its small in price! Renting out the rooms separately but if ur 2 friends thats cool.$100/wk for the normal sized room and$90/wk for the smaller room.Both have ceiling fans and u would share the main bathroom. But I have an ensuite for emergencies! :PTheres also a patio and backyard for those warm summer nights. :)Last thing I have a dog called Marley (whos the most laid-back Golden Retriever in the world and doesnt bark!) so u gotta love dogs.
