The house just got a makeover – new kitchen new bathroom and a fresh coat of paint – everything is new and shiny. The available bedroom is unfurnished but it has a large built-in wardrobe and a tv point.The loungeroom/dining area has aircon and the backyard has a huge gazebo/entertaining area. A bus stop and the local shops are within easy walking distance. The nearest beach (Ann Street) is only a 3 minute drive away.Looking for someone 20-28 years old who is mature friendly and has a sense of humour. For some unknown reason I cant change the preferred flatmate details but its meant to read NO PETS only because the backyard doesnt have adequate fencing.
