I have a top floor 2 bedroom apartment with one room for rent. The room is unfurnished it has got a celling fan/light that has a remote a built in wardrobe and views from the window. The apartment block has an onsite manager so late night partys are frowned upon but B.B.Qs and some tunes is fine. There is a nice pool and spacious balcony to relax at. The place is very clean and tidy and a couple of minutes walk to the beach and shops ect..looking for someone who has respect for other people and is tidy around the house. Most days after work I go surfing then enjoy a cold beer or two at home would like to live with someone who may share some things in common.
