The room is huge and en-suited with built in robes. All furniture in the common areas is provided and the bedroom is unfurnished. The apartment is in a block of three and is in an amazing location in Alex. Rent is $130 a week and even though it says that utilities are $50 a month this is just an estimate.There is one existing tenant a female professional and the third room is awaiting tenancy also. Ideally someone that is clean relatively quiet during the week and reliable with responsibilities is required for the room. Also the tenant must be prepared to commit to a (minimum) six month Lease.
