Two bedroom one large bathroom (with bath and shower) and separate toilet lovely kitchen and living area balcony has views of the beach! Security door access to complex (about 15 units in total) your bedroom has built-in wardrobe and large ceiling fan (with remote control). Unit is so close to everything very central location – literally a few minutes walk to Mooloolabas cafes and restaurants and within 5 minutes walk to the beach! Very close to public transport. Plenty of on-street parking. The unit is furnished but Im happy for you to bring whatever you like. Your room can be furnished (with double bed bedside table desk etc) or unfurnished depending on what you prefer.A bit about me – I like to lead an active and healthy lifestyle love the beach cooking shopping reading movies travelling and enjoying life. I work full-time so am pretty busy during the week and share my weekends between the coast and away. Im very independent and can keep to myself if you prefer otherwise hanging out from time to time would be fun too :)Rent is $150/week (unfurnished) or $160/week (furnished) and I would require 2 weeks advance rent as bond.
