The apartment is in a convienient location a short walk to Esplanade beach shops and pubs. The complex has a pool spa sauna bbq area and pool table. The room itself has a king sized bed big double wardrobe with mirrors on the doors the laundry and bathroom are one room this will be your bathroom as the room Im in has a ensuite. Rent includes electricity.A little about me: Im 23 years old and I moved here from NZ 3 months ago as i got offered a job in Kawana i work quiet long hours so keep pretty quiet during the week but enjoy a few drinks in the weekend im very easy going and tidy.My current flatmate is going back out to work at sea.
