I have a 2 storey 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home which I share with my 6 month old labrador. My house has timber floors but the bedrooms are carpeted. I bought my home about 8 months ago so naturally I have a lounge tv fridge washing machine etc. The available rooms are not furnished however they do both have built-in wardrobes. The house is located about 15 minutes walk to Ipswich CBD 10 minutes walk to the train station and one minute walk to a cafe. There are several bus stops around all within about 1 minute walk.I work full time so when I get home I typically take the puppy for a walk cook dinner have a few afternoon wines etc etc.
