Details:
The current tenant is moving out this week so you could move in really soon. I will take some pictures of the room once they have left but I have some pictures of the rest of the house.

- The House is fully furnished:
- Kitchen full of all cooking utensils/devices and a round table with chairs
- Dining room that comfortably seats 8 (and with classy furnishings if I do say so)
- Living room with a 46inch LCD TV, Xbox and Wii, two leather lounges, a coffee table, book case and TV cabinet.
- A back deck/verandah with a comfortable outdoor setting.
- One bathroom with Shower, toilet and heaps of cupboard space.
- External Laundry including washing machine, Dryer, Large sinks/tubs and storage drawers.
- External Toilet….with toilet
- A sun room including a recliner chair and sunbed.
- YOUR room is actually two rooms and can include the following if desired: A Queen bed or a King Single Bed, an antique cupboard with draw, and a fold out lounge, a bedside chest of drawers and a regular chest of draws.

- Rent is $100 a week, all bills are split three ways, though it should be noted water is free ;-). You will be living with myself who works part-time and Sam who works full-time. We are social people but we do respect peoples privacy. We are clean people. We do drink but we do not smoke and would prefer a non smoker and also someone without pets.
