The House is located in Toowoomba Queensland.- It is fully furnished and though the vacant room is empty furnishings are available if required. (These include a king single bed a large chest of draws a bedside chest of draws and an antique wooden wardrobe.-There is a carport available.- You would be required to provide your own food and drinks etc and there is individual draw/fridge space in the kitchen to this end.-All bills such as Electricity Gas Internet and the excess in water usage are split among the housemates of whom there are generally three including yourself.- The house has unlimited wireless ADSL.- The house is located in the suburb or Newtown and is very central to the CBD and other shopping centres: – Clifford Gardens which has a Woolworths Coles Aldi and many more stores is about three minutes walk away. – Grand Central is a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk away. – USQ is around 15 minutes awat by car if there is traffic.The current housemates are both 22 year old males.
