i am looking for someone to help me with rent i do have two dogs and two cats all outside animals. the rent is $130 per week this includes electricity but does not include food and personal items those are to be brought seperatley. you are welcome to use all areas. the furniture included in the room if u want is a single bed i do have a double mattress but no base for it. there is also a small cupboard for clothes and such. and a small tv if u would like the use of one. i do have a car and there is one carport but im sure we could safely fit two cars under there and accomadate with whom had to leave first each day. house is in perfect location with in walking distance of the university and hospital and the main street of ipswich. there is also a bus stop just around the corner. the only thing i do ask is that there be absolutely no illegal substances brought onto the property. all friends and family of yours are welcome this will be your home too.
