I am looking for a Christian woman who is employed at least 30 hrs per week to share with. No shift workers.I have the top floor of a 2 story house with easy going owners living downstairs in a granny flat. The house is recently painted and carpeted has new kitchen air con in the lounge 2 verandahs and shared use of the yard and outdoor areas. There is one room available for $100 or 2 for $165. Internet and electricity costs are negotiated with the owner and are on top of room rent. Off street parking available but is not undercover. Bus stop is 1.4 km and train station is about 3 km.
