We have a room for rent in our house. We live in a 4brm house in quiet area but still close to shops and public transport. We are pretty quiet most of the time except for the Wii tournaments. Would prefer a non smoker but if you do smoke you can smoke outside. The local shopping centre is at the top of our street and a much bigger shopping centre is down the road. The train station to the city takes approx 30 minutes and if you are studying at UQ Ipswich you can get the train there too. A little about us I am a 37yr old female recently separated and living with my 2 boys. They are aged 16 and 8. I work fulltime in the city and the boys attend school in Ipswich. I am not looking for anyone to babysit the kids so dont let that bother you. The boys play sport on the weekends and train during the weeks so we are not always at home.
