SO Beau (28 male professional) is most likely going to move back in if we can find somebody suitable to move in and take on my half of the lease (looking for one or more people for this sharehouse)the lease runs until Jan 2013 rent is $165/ week (for one person but if more people move in rent will decrease) and bond is $660 . there are 4 rooms (double size with builtins) so you could always have 2 rooms each to put your stuff in. there is an ensuite and one main bathroom (so you would have your own private bathroom). there are TWO large living areas double lockup garage fans and split system aircon/heater.The house is 5 mins from woolworths maccas gym servo. everything you need. and only 10 mins from Ipswich CBD and it takes 30 seconds to get onto the warrego Hwy- which then is only a 40 min drive to brisbane CBD.Beau is a respectful tidy and considerate housemate.
