I need someone that has their own furniture to fit a small post-war home. I commute for work and need to stay there 3 – 4 nights through the working week and will only need a room. You may have the master bedroom with the large wardrobe. I need someone that will tend to the lawn and surrounds. If you care for the place you may treat it as your own and have private enjoyment. It has a single lockup garage that I wont be using and a big back yard. Pet ok and kid too.Im a married professional living interstate and commuting to Bris for work.
