This is a large house with 3 bedrooms and a granny flat for myself and my partner 2 of the rooms have their own bathrooms with walk in wardrobes. THE AVAILABLE ROOM DOESNT HAVE ITS OWN BATHROOM.This home is 4 min drive to the station 15 minute walk. Its only a block away from the Booval shopping center and very close to the motorway if you drive to work. Yes this is cheap but it is an old home. the price includes electricity and we can negotiate internet if wanted. Students are welcome.
