I am looking for a room mate to share a newly revnovated townhouse in Booval. It is in a quiet area and has full security gates. I am a working proffessional and only really home over the weekends. The unit is fully furnished apart from the spare room. toilet up stairs and down and carport is attached to the house with car space besides the house as well it is a 5 minute walk to the train and shopping centre.
