We are looking for a female flatmate to share a 3 bedroom luxury penthouse apartment situated in ‘The Reserve’, a prestigious waterfront residential development right next door to Bond University. You will be sharing with 2 friendly house mates, 1 female and 1 male. The bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the well-designed open plan living areas, which open up to a large undercover balcony. The room has built in wardrobes and is fully furnished complete with study desk. The apartment has modern furnishings with washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave and air conditioning. We are a very laid back professionals, clean and tidy and looking for someone who will treat the apartment the same.
