We are two females looking for a mature, tidy and reliable person to share our modern 3 bedroom duplex. The bedroom fits a queen size bed and has a decent sized built in wardrobe with shared bathroom facilities. There are two separate living areas with a little outdoor entertainment area. Close to Varsity Lakes train station, Robina Town Centre, 10min drive to Burleigh Heads beach and a minutes walk to the bus stop. We have a friendly cat living with us too.
