We have an awesome retreat that is very well chilled out, close to Bond Uni, Christine Corner shops, beach is a short bike ride. Two straight 40 year old men reside at this 3 bedroom townhouse in a very quite old school complex on the water. This is not a complex that has gangs of snotty screaming kids driving you nuts. It is right on the water, and perfect for fishing off the balcony, having a quite beer and watching the tube, all at the same time. It doesn’t look like much from the front, but inside is nice and clean, reasonably modern, and has brilliant water pressure and a decent shower head.
We do our own thing, nobody will be in your space, just pay the rent on time, keep ours (and yours) place clean and tidy, and be able to hold a decent convo. You can be a tradie, student, professional, male or female, straight or not. We take a person on their merits, their intentions and their actions.
