Hi, Looking for laid back individual to occupy third bedroom in a three bedroom townhouse in quiet small complex. Sharing with two straight males. Easy going and laid back people to live with, seeking the same, we like to have a good laugh and value intelligent conversation when all here, NO DRAMA QUEENS PLEASE, we prefer to keep our place a chilled out haven from the stress of the world lol. I am away at least three nights a week, so space and privacy assured. You’ll need to provide your own bedroom furniture but everything else is there and is very well set up. Room is light and clean, has built in robe and ceiling fan. Place is in very good order and spotlessly clean. Situated on a large open canal, wide open water views from living room balcony, we hear the fish jumping at night, fish from the balcony even !! Bike ride distance to Bond Uni and public transport very nearby. Complex is close to Stocklands and Robina shopping centres. Have excess storage space if you have anything to store. Dedicated off street carpark and swimming pool in complex.
