We are a couple with 2 small children looking to rent out one of the rooms in our house. We have one other female that lives with us also. The room has a single bed if needed and a sliding door that leads out onto a balcony. It also has a small walk in robe and air conditioning. It is a fairly large room. We are looking for a female around 20 – 35 years of age preferably christian but not required. We are asking $150min per week. The house has a pool and we are a 10 minute drive to Burleigh beach.
