Hi there!We have a room available in a four bedroom house. You will be sharing with two females and a male all in their twenties. Two of us are students and work part time. We have a beautiful house in varsity lakes. The house is fully furnished with washer and dryer tv dvd all kitchen essentials basically everything you need! However your room isnt furnished. We can provide you with a bedside table and tv in your room if you need it. but you will need your own bed. It is a shared bathroom with two other tenants. We currently have some pets at our lovely home. we have fish a cat and a dog. The dog is an outdoor dog only and the cat is an inside cat only. We are looking for a clean and considerate roommate. dont mind whether male or female. Could suit very well for a student as we are not located too far away from Bond University. We are also very close to robina town centre and other shopping locations.
