Hello
My name is Angela and I currently have two rooms to rent, available now in the Upper Coomera area. We are located a 5 minute walk to shops, medical centre, new swimming pool and library and bus stop.

One bedroom is slightly larger than the other. Both have built in wardrobes, ceiling fans and are located upstairs.

There is a shared bathroom and toilet upstairs, along with a balcony that everyone has access to.

Upstairs also has a lounge room that is not being used so if you have any extra furniture to store you are more than welcome to use that space.

I have a small dog, so you must be comfortable with dogs. She is quiet and keeps to herself mostly.

I currently only have one other flatmate and we try to keep the house as releaxed as possible as I work 7 days and Alex studies.
Would prefer someone that works full-time.

The rent is $125 a week and that included electricity and gas.
