Internet available for a small monthly fee of around $16 approximately $7 for phone line and quarterly electricity is split three ways.Our unit is a 3 minute drive from Coles shopping centre or a 20 minute walk. There is a bus stop 100 metres from the unit. ROOM AVAILABLE FROM 7TH OCTOBER You will have your own bathroom and toilet (we all have our own). The room is large enough for a queen bed bedside tables and dresser. There is a built in wardrobe. Your bedroom has a balcony with beautiful views over looking Upper Coomera. You will be sharing with 2 Christian females who work in childcare and primary education.
