Waterfront townhouse accomodation in gated complex. . 2 Bdrms available . One medium size room with water views and balcony The other is a larger Bdrm with air con. Both rooms can fit a double bed in quite easily and both come with a car park .I live in the main bdrm which has an ensuite So the other bathroom will be shared between the two new flatmates.Complex also has a pool and bbq area if interested and we have the river out the back.To tell you guys a little about myself I am 31 years old but act about 25 and like to have a laugh and socialize .
