Hi I have a room available in my home at upper coomera I am a single mother with 3 well behaved children a bird and a little dog. ( applicant must like animals and children) I keep my home neat and tidy and in good order. I am also a personal trainer and youth worker. My home is only 2 years old and I am the owner so it is well kept. The available bedroom has a large built in wardrobe carpet bed lamp etc but furniture can be removed if you have your own. The room is also located next to a large size bathroom and a toilet. My home is tiled throughout except the bedrooms and it has a great size kitchen with gas cooktop. Rent is 150/wk including electricity gas and internet or 200wk with food.( Always healthy). I am very busy and my kids go to school so am mostly just home nights and weekends.
