Hi there I am just about to move into a friends place while they go overseas for 1 to 2 years. The house: modern recently and tastefully renovated built up on stilts up in the canopy (pretty much a tree house!) nice lighting (sky-lights throughout) fully furnished study no TV (prefer to listen to music but if you have a TV you want to bring thats fine) 1 bathroom with toilet separate bath washing/dryer dishwasher back balcony overlooking a pine forest and reserve (lots of wildlife) large deck with bbq great for entertaining. About the property: its situated in a quiet culdesac private nice gardens safe street-parking (always parks available out front) 2 min drive down to tugun shops. The room: light 2x large windows in-built wardrobe (room able to be furnished with bed dresser and bedside if required)About me: easy-going active fun enjoy surfing yoga soccer zumba (latest activity!) bushwalking nature travelling music going to gigs having bbqs with friends on the weekend. Looking for: Easy-going friendly chilled out house mate who is clean and pays rent on-time. Respectful of other peoples things. Prefer female 25-35. Definately non-smoker.
